We specialize in cnc brake press forming, gas cutting and oxy acetylene welding.
CNC Laser Cutting
We operate a 6000 watt Mitsubishi GX fiber laser which allows us to produce very clean and precise cutting edge quality in a wide range of materials.
Maximum cutting capacity:
– 1” Mild Steel
– 1” Stainless Steel
– 3/4” Aluminum
Able to process a maximum sheet size of 60” x 120” which are handled with an Anver Vacuum Sheet Handler to ensure clean and unscratched sheets.
CNC Plasma/OXY Fuel Cutting
We are equipped with 2 new plasma/oxyfuel cutting systems; a Messer Titan 3 and a Messer EdgeMax which are capable to produce many heavy and thick cutting profiles. Both Machines are equipped with very powerful and high definition 400 AMP Hypertherm power supplies.
Maximum cutting capacity:
– Able to process plate up to 2” thick: High-definition plasma
– Able to process plate up to 8” thick: Oxyfuel cutting
Able to process a maximum sheet size of 120” x 288”
CNC Brake Press Forming
We are well equipped with multiple brake press forming solutions allowing us to fabricate complex shapes in a variety of materials, such as mild steel, aluminum and stainless steel.
We are equipped with:
- 2 x 60 Ton 6ft Trumpf
- 1 x 150 Ton 12ft Diamond BH
- 1 x 300 Ton 12ft Adira
Welding Services
We offer all kinds welding process, such as Tig, Mig, Spot, Robotic Welding for a variety of materials.
